- only have one cup of coffee, the rest can be decaf
- take a multivitamin, daily (that's the key word!)
- exercise more
- snack wisely
- grill or bake i.o. fry
- red wine - a glass
- cut the salt (no more than 2,300 mg a day)
- no sweets (now that's not a problem)
- de-stress
- bed early
