New Year's Resolutions? Some Good Ideas!

  • only have one cup of coffee, the rest can be decaf
  • take a multivitamin, daily (that's the key word!)
  • exercise more
  • snack wisely
  • grill or bake i.o. fry
  • red wine - a glass
  • cut the salt (no more than 2,300 mg a day)
  • no sweets (now that's not a problem)
  • de-stress
  • bed early
